Originally NWBC was designed to enable users to consume many different UI technologies from just one ABAP backend system. However, in practice, several customers are using NWBC to connect 2 or more back end systems. So I wanted to create some help for those contemplating this step. In this blog series, I’ll be describing how you set this up.
RSRFCPIN is a standard Executable ABAP Report available within your SAP system (depending on your version and release level). Below is the basic information available for this SAP report including which OBJECTS it interacts with such as TABLES, FUNCTION MODULES, INCLUDES ETC. Step 1: Procedure to setup an RFC connection: Enter Transaction Code SM59. In the SM59 screen, you can navigate through already created RFCs connection with the help of option tree, which is a menu-based method to organize all the connections by categories. Click the ' CREATE '. Test connection from SAP RFC Destination to Information Server fails. Durga tamil full movie download. After configuring the IDoc Listener Program ID in DataStage administrator for SAP under IDoc Listener Settings, the connection test from SAP using transaction SM59 fails with the error: ERROR: Program XXXXXXX not registered.

Answer: In transaction SM59, 'Display and maintain RFC destinations', you can perform two simple tests: For each type of RFC destination, you can test the connection by pressing the 'Test connection' button. This is similar to the 'ping' operating system command. To test the conntections to R3 systems, you can perform a 'remote login'. Check the connection from the SAP side - after making sure the listener is started and there are no further errors in the log: In SAP user interface, run transaction sm59 and test the RFC destination involved in the connection. If the connection test fails, you have no connection.

Please note: Implementing this is *not* trivial. The decision, as to whether you should embark on this is very project-specific. Factors influencing the decision include:
• Size and complexity of landscape: How many systems? What sort of systems: non-ABAP, non-on Premise systems increase complexity and maintenance costs. For integration of Java, Success Factors, Ariba, Cloud, and Mobile scenarios, Portal is generally a better option.
• Number of Users
• Skill set: Does the customer or partner have lots of experience with multiple backend connections, eg with transactions SM59, SMT1, SSO2 etc, plus the necessary role configuration in PFCG?
Also, this blog is about making it work; making it secure is beyond the scope.
In short, if you do not feel confident embarking on this, then you probably shouldn't. For more information on the considerations involved in using NWBC to connect two ABAP back ends, see SAP Note 1795171 .
